Anonymous on "Unexplained reduction in prepaid balance"

I am using Reliance Mobile number 9016645181, with regular recharge and data pack of Rs 127.
On 15 Jan 14 I had balance of more than Rs 300,00. I would have used not more than 30 minutes of talk time, mostly local. However on 28 Jan my balance had reduced to Zero.
Call center was not able to help as repeatedly they said that their system was down.
I went to their authorised shop, who also said their system was down.
I am disappointed at the response and feel cheated.
