My vodafone no 8587861699 has been wrongly charged for downloads almost every month for which i had to do follow up each month to get it cleared. But previous month they wrongly charged me with internet usage for which i got no solution.despite of all these isqsue i paid them the entire bill.Due to some problem in proceeding for payment i was to pay approx 2000 rs but paid 12000± rs.i asked them to cancel the transaction and will re pay the actual bill.but neither i got any reply nor any one bothered to call me in this regard.i want my money back as payment made is too huge for me to pay back to bank.
Please help me in this regard as i am expecting that they would try to adjust into future bills.
