This is regarding my Vodafone post-paid number 9873827722. My monthly rental was Rs.298 (Talk 298-advance plan) along with AllSTD@50pBaseRs-2.40@75 package since last 8 years. I changed my Talk 298-advance to VBS_199_1 plan on March 25, 2015 and received a confirmation message regarding the same.
I was surprised after received the bill; Vodafone charged the payment of AllSTD@50pBaseRs-2.40@75 till March 25, 2015; but not provide the facility of that offer and charged Rs. 865.29 at the flat rate of Rs-2.40per minute.
I lodged a complaint against above mentioned issue wide complaint no. 2553852864 dated April 20, 2015; and also heard an apology from the customer care officer of Vodafone. At that moment officer informed me that this is Vodafone fault and will be rectify very soon.
On April 21, 2015 I received a call from +91 2071003101 (Vodafone bill division) against my complaint; the Vodafone representative inform me that this is Vodafone’s standard that we have right to charge the amount but not liable to provide the offer facility for selected period’; as it is our business policy, customer have to pay the full amount.
Vodafone is providing false information to customers.
Now I understand that Vodafone doesn’t care of existing old customers.
