i bought a iball cobalt-2 phone on 1aug 2014. it is in a warrenty period. meanwhile my phone has gone multiple repairs for software issues. and the latest was a physical damange so the comapny said it would be chargable. i was ready to pay the repairing amount and gave my phone for a repair. i gave it on 18th march 2015 and my has yet not been reppaired. above that im geting no proper response from the customer care as well.be it email fb or calls. they are just giving wague replies to me. so now i want to register a complaint against iball for delaying my service for more than a month and not giving a proper response.
