Anonymous on "Fake services being added to charge over the bill."

I have Vodafone post paid connection.
In my March 2015 bill some unknown and unused services charges have been added. It has increased my bill charges by 188 rs.
I registered the complaint to Vodafone customer care (complaint No. 2616 9859 26),
but of no use.
Please help me resolve the issue.
