Anonymous on "Complaint agaist poor customer service support by relaince for internet"

Respected sir ,
I have been using the reliance number 9345165589 for my internet connection through Reliance 1x Datacard . I have been using it from 2011 onwards with a datapaln of 650/month and i have paid the bill for it without any delay. But suddenly at the end of august 2014. the internet speed of my connection had become very (almost 0 mbps per second). So idecided to stop my service and i also requested both in person as by phone to the reliance customer care. They given me a confirmation that they will stop/suspend service form that month onwards. Instead they did'nt stopped by service and they where raising the bill amount of 650/month that i thought it was deactivated. Now they have started to threatening me by raising a legal action in a court.
Please provide me a justice and support. I was very much disturbed and mentally stressed by their action.

If you want more confirmation please check my internet usage for the above mentioned number form the month of a novemeber onwards.
I was a good loyal person and a good customer who had paid the bill dues of reliance at regular intervals untill the problem period of nov 2014. (note if you need any further details or proof please free to me call at 9843988252
