Anonymous on "Non Delivery of Goods"

That my self Bhaskar Trivedi, R/O Flat No. 4 C, Vijaya Homes Apartment, Amethiya Nagar, Gas Godawn Road, Namkum, Ranchi MOB NO 9835900222
1. That a consignment of house hold good was booked with SAHARA Domestic & International Packers & Movers Private Limited having its registered head office at 15, 8th Cross, H. Siddaiah Road, Annipura Main Road, Bengaluru-560027 for Pune to Ranchi being the door to door delivery service with SAHARA Packers & Movers Private Limited on 28.02.2015.
2. for that purpose i had to pay total sum of Rs. 30,000/-.
3. That for the same consignment Rs. 10,000/- was paid on 28.02.2015 to the agent of the above said company.
4. That on 12.03.2015 i received a call from Mob No. 9370966333 the agent of the said company namely Mr. Manohar Sharma, who is concerned with the above said consignment that if the rest amount of Rs. 20,000/- will be paid then the goods will be delivered on the same day till 11 o’ clock at night.
5. That on 12.03.2015 i transferred Rs. 20,000/- to the ICICI bank account of the company by “ATM fund transfer”.
6. That the goods were not delivered on that day and when i made a phone call to the said agent of the company then he made a excuse that by mistake the goods has gone to Jamshedpur and on return the same will be delivered to the destination.
7. That i was regularly in contact with the said agent of the company but he always made a promise that the goods will be delivered very shortly.
8. That after passing of about 18 days (i.e. on 31.03.2015) of full payment i.e. on 12.03.2015 the said agent of the company asked me to deposit another Rs. 14,000/- as the storage charge.
9. That the said agent of the company is not disclosing to me where the all goods are now being kept by the company.
10. That it has been more than 45 days and there is no trace of goods.
11. That i also tried my level best and traced the branch office of the said company by help of internet and reached there but the office was closed and also tried to contact on the phone number of the branch office at Ranchi but that number was continuously ‘out of service’ on various occasions.
12. That mob no .9331799333 which was given on the website for ranchi branch is of kolkata circle and when contacted Mr. dipak sinha answered the call and said that ranchi office has been closed.
13. Despite several efforts the goods are not delivered as agreed upon by them, inspite of taking full payment.
