I booked through http://agarwalpackersservices.com/ . They were quick to pick up the materials. THey took it on the same day. But is yet to deliver. I am moving it to Mumbai. Pick up date was 24th March 2015 and today is already 14th April. So more than 20 days. They are not picking up the calls. I called them atleast 80-90 times. Sometimes they cut the phone. Whereas till 1 week back they used to tell that the items had already reached Mumbai. And when the delivery was due, they stop picking calls. They only pick up when you call from a different number. And in all probability the items are lost. And on top of it, I have already paid for the movement upfront on their insistence.
Whom do I complain ? Is there any way to recover my losses ?
