I had registered this bureau for Instant Marriage Membership for my Brother which is valid for 90days and paid Rs.25,000/- as a Membership Fee by way of Cheque. Till today no communications from their end and every time send an SMS for refund of My money that too after too many follow ups. But no response. And i did not receive any support upto 06/04/2015. What is the Meaning of Instant Marriage till the time of Death for Searching Brides?
i spoke to the Concerned Person regarding Refund of Money simply he says no refund as per our policy. The member ship charge is Rs 25,000/- I have asked for refund of my money as they did not provide the support( as per their claim). They are not ready to refund the money and they are showing the Audacity. I want to sue Jyothi Matrimony for their wrong claim to me for the support and showing Audacity and not paying my money back. I request your team to help us highlighting this complaint.
