I am having my salary account in HDFC Bank bearing No.07661050000504 at Raichur Branch. And I am having small locker and till last March I have paid Rs.750/- as locker rent. But in this month on 3rd of April the same locker rent has been charged as Rs.3000/-. All of a sudden the bank has risen 4 Times of my Rent.
Today I went to bank and discussed the same, and they have told me that the rent of locker has been raised from 1st of April and the raised rates are indicated on notice board.
Here what I am asking is this time they have raised 4 times and next time or next year how many times they are going to raise. Putting a paper in notice board is how much helpful to customer.
In the coming days a normal man should not go for bank regarding a normal account opening or locker purpose.
Please log a case against HDFC Bank and help me as a normal customer.
