I have book a house in Panchsheel Build Tech Pvt.Ltd in Ghaziabad in a project Prime Rose Hapur Road Ghaziabad in Nov 2009. I have paid 95% amount in time and 5% amount i was supposed to pay at the time of offer of possession.Builder did not communicate with me and was silent with since long time.The Builder also did not complete the house as per commitment time and keep so many facts hidden Now i visited the project and corporate office .Builder have some hidden and dishonest intention and have calculated so many charges(approximate 9 lakh) as per their hidden agenda .Please help me so that i may not be cheated by builder.
