My phone Number is 8054873486. Yesterday ie 1st of april i recharged my phone with Rs 238 in small parts ie Rs 34 x 7 parts because in 34 we get full talktime of Rs 34 . which was recharged successfully i also have transition id's of all 7 recharges and then i saw a message on my phone from vodafone care in which there was an new handset data plan offer of unlimited internet of Rs 198 for 30 days. i liked the offer so i decided to avail it. i dialled ussd code written in it *444*198#. after 1 or 2 second i got message in which it was written that my data plan is activated and Rs 198 got deducted from my main balance and it will expire on 30.4.2015 , After reading this message i started using internet on my handset. after 1 or 2 minutes i came to know that my internet usage is deducting from my main balance ie talktime. i was shocked how can it be possible i just recharged my account with internet plan so i immediately called vodafone customer care, they said to me that it will take around half an hour to activate. as per their instructions, i waited for almost 6 hours but still internet usage was deducing from my main balance . so i called again vodafone customer care. i was shocked of their answer they said that there is no plan activated or activation request on my handset so i told them i have recharged by dialling *444*198# and balance got deducted from my main balance. they said that that they have not deducted any money from Your balance for internet pack or any other pack. Are you kidding with me Vodafone has taken my Rs 198 and given me nothing and not even returning my money moreover they cheater vodafone is saying they doesn't have deducted any money from my balance ... now i don't want any pack i want my money back from this cheater vodafone. i also proof against cheater vodafone i have all the recharge messages saved on my handset.
