my home loan was sanctioned on 30.08.2014. now i need to disburse the amount after 8 month. bank is saying my sanctioned loan has expired and i need to repay again to get it sanctioned again. the sanction letter has no mention of expiry or repayment for getting it sanctioned again.guys at HDFC saying rules has changed & it is their juridiction to charge me anything at any point of time.it is company policy.
i think it is not correct to charge me again. File# 613072618.
i had telephonic conversation with hdfc guys earlier and they said sanctioned loan will expire within 6 month and to get it resanctioned i need few documents again. but no mention of processing fee at that time. neither mentioned in the mail conversation nor in the sanction letter.
