I have recharged my mobile no 9025869948 by Rs.150 on 01.03.15 and after 2-3 days my prepaid account reduced to zero. Again I recharged by Rs.150 and again it reduced to zero. Both the time I tried to contact customer care but they told that their server is not working now and they disconncted the phone. I want to shift to Airtel after using reliance for Six years if they do not refund my money.
