I have requested for Internet Disconnection on 28-fab-2015, but till now I haven't receive any confirmation call, and 2days says that my requested has been closed, how it's possible without information of customer request can close, In between have have call may time for status of Disconnection. While calling to Toll Free No. Customers Executive are disconnecting my calls too. Is this way to provide services to 2-3 years old customer. After 2-3 years if a customer relocation the place or because of personal reason, request for so & so how the customers feel, don't thing like frustrating, and forcing me to suffer like this.
