This is absolutely disgusting !!!!
The services of both of Rediff Shopping as well as the vendor "W.B Group, Bangalore".
I had ordered (Order No. 9175355) on February 13, 2014 for express delivery on Feb 14. I could have ordered through any other site, but I opted for Rediff only because of the promised Express Delivery. I received an email confirmation as well. I even called the mentioned number, and some Mr. Pramod (9873875740) confirmed that it will be delivered the same day. I kept waiting and they did not deliver. I called him back on the number some 50-60 times, but he did not received the call. Then I got a call next day that they want to deliver my ordered product. I don't want this to be delivered now. I don't even will allow to cancel it now.
AFTER ALL MY ORDER WAS FOR a specific date and it holds NO VALUE if its delivered tomorrow or any day after it !!
THAT TOO when I was confirmed by the vendor that it will be delivered by the next day !!!
Absolutely non-sense service you people have !! Highly disgusted.
I WANT AT LEAST 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT I HAVE INVESTED AS A COMPENSATION
I am sure to take it up to the consumer court and media if you don't resolve it.
