Hi, My name is Tharun and i have a services from Tikona since 2nd of Dec and my user ID is 1111801801 in Dec i had no problem and from 1st of jan i had a problem with the service where the complain was raised against the speed and connectivity of the service and on jan there were it was not resolved and said that you don’t need to pay bill till your service get perfect and it was taking a long time so i had asked for disconnection as well but they didn’t terminate the service and it continued and when i had a conversation from on of the forum member of tikona he said it will be resolved and asked not to disconnect then too till now it is not been resolved and from past a month these guys are sending bills to rather than refunding the amt paid for the service which is in total including installation and equipment was Rs 3635. I had a conversation with few of managers as well but didn’t disconnect the service and now they are harassing for the the balance of the bill generated from jan till now and i have all my call records of conversation for the disconnection request and also screen shots for the service issue. I request you to help me out of these.
