Dear Sir/Madam,
I lost my data card (8925959981) between 10-jan-2015 to 15-jan-2015 and I reported the same to MTS customer care on 18-jan-2015 by mail .the MTS processed my request (ref:4631081) with a delay and my connection was deactivated after 10 days that is on 28-jan-2015. my bill period is between 18 to 18 on every month and i paid my last due for the period 18-dec-2014 to 18-jan-2015 as well, but MTS are claiming my due amount as rs 1014 and sent me a legal notice to pay the bill which is quite embarsssing.
Please help me to sort this issue.
