Its been too much and I have undergone tough time and unimaginable pain by buying an IFB 7 kg digital machine.
You are kindly requested to collect the defaulted machine of your company and return back my money.
I am sorry to say that all through my life , will never ever buy the IFB products . Besides faulty IFB products the service is just pathetic.
Whether it is Ms Anuradha , who does not deserves to sit any of the desk called SERVICES nor Mr Vinay who is perfect example to lend deaf ear to customer pains.
They both are completely ignortant and not at all aware of the customer complaint since 19th August and everytime when speak to them , we have to start right from the beginning and they both come up with very good stories.
They both are big shame to the word called customer services and very suitable to the word HARASSMENT.
Buying the IFB machine was our was our biggest mistake. Trusting prestigious company like IFB was another one. Complains keep pending not for days but even weeks and MONTHS because of your unprofessional attitude. Today all limits are crossed. I have been promised by your office personnel that today without fail finally the machine will be made to work but again like the other days no one from IFB turned up .
It seems the company is deaf and dumb .
After having been harassed and totally been ignored by the reputed company like IFB strongly feel a perfect case for consumer court.
Also since August all my laundry is taking place outside which is not less than Rs 15,000 that amount I am going to claim from IFB.
