I got my Twister bike delivered on 7th Dec; Meter has crossed today 580KM and still I am waiting for Service Manual. Every time they commit to deliver in two days but they fail. Three-four times I have visited to showroom but still I have not received it. They only says you will get a call as soon as we will get it. Now just because of their negligence I am not able to go for bike servicing. I have also tried to call 020-27240026 - 28 Honda Customer care but no one is their to pick up phone. I have also sent email to customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com but their is no response. I feel, I have done mistakes buy purchasing HONDA Bike.
They treat customer very poorly once payment is made.
