Dear Sir/Madam,
I registered myself as a paid member of Gokul Marriage by paying the membership fee as mentioned on their site (http://gokulmarriage.com/membership.php).
Site clearly states below
"The membership is valid till the marriage is settled by us. On registration as member, we will allocate a member Code number which has to be presented with us whenever you communicate with us."
Now they are asking me to repay the membership fee again to avail any services from their end. I was surprised as they never mentioned at the time of taking membership nor it is mentioned in their site hence replied saying I am ready to pay but please update your site about new policy of renewal of membership fee every year.
Now they removed my profile from their site without any intimation for just asking to update their site about the new policy. This is totally unfair and cheating.
Please do not avail their services as they are not trust-able and up to the mark. Please use other trust-able matrimony sites to avoid sufferings.
