Hi, i applied for disconnection of airtel broadband no.04442698486 on 31.jan as i couldnt pay.But cust care executive told to avail safe custody at free of cost. Again i applied for full disconnection confirmly on 8th feb. But bill has been generated for full bill period upto 4th feb though i was told, no bill in safe custody period starting from 1st feb. Also SAFE CUSTODY CHARGE levied at 250, not told to me on 31st jan and also agreed no charges for that. cust care on dt.Feb 28, 2015 wrote: "This is in reference to your email regarding informing us about the billing discrepancy for your airtel account number 7006223259. With reference to the Reference number 53652760, our relevant team has updated that For the invoice no: 724703530 you are eligibile for waiver of Rs 350.00/- (250.00 + 100.00= 350.00) and hence we regret to inform that further billing adjustment is not applicable for the same. We hope to have you again in future ! Best Regards, Anees A, Service Specialist, airtel".
As per airtel records original bill amt is rs.2516 i am getting call and sms everyday stating bill amount is rs.2516. so if waiver of rs.350 is reduced, then net revised amount payable is rs.2166 only. am ready to pay rs.2166. request to solve it.
