Respected Sir/Mam,
I am a new Vodafone Postpaid User from the month of January 2015. my Complaint is regarding Vodafone, Fake Amount charged to my Bill on Mobile No. 9999102369 and my outgoing was also banned before the last Due date of Bill. According to me Vodafone Customer care is not able to provide me the correct information regarding my queries, and they are misguiding me with the false statements towards my amounts charged.
When i called on 198 the first time, i was told something else about the same problem & when the problem was not fixed from their sides i need to call them again and again several times and i was provided with a different replies from them as if they want to cheat the Customer if he or she is not too much worried about the amount charged on the bill.
I here by request you to please take a valuable quick action towards my problem of depositing the bill because Vodafone may thing it's customers to be fool and may not fix-up my queries completely in order to even include my late payment charges which is by their own fault.
