Dear Reliance
Its going seamlessly horrible. Yesterday I activated the monthly FB+Whatsapp service (worth Rs. 16) when my account balance was roughly around Rs.108. After deduction of Rs.16 I was left with Rs. 92 (approx.) in my account.
Now today you people have continuously deducted balance from my account in multiples of Rs. 5 and currently I’m left with just Rs. 63 (approx.). I’m being charged 30paise per second for all local+std calls and I’ve rarely made around 10 calls. Further I’ve been using Whatsapp and facebook (that too not much) today. For what in the hell I’m being charged?
Also a large segment of your customers (including me) faced over an hour of network breakdown. Do you guys have any answers.
My previous complaint was resolved in around 7-8 days and that too after 3 days of sending you a mail which I’m doing the second time now.
Note that your customer care is not ringing up. Are they sleeping or what. Anyone don’t have time to sit and write up an email explaining what one is going through due to pathetic and unethical treatment done to him. Here I’m writing you another mail rather than sleeping peacefully.
Don’t you guys have any shame or something? Why are you treating customers like that?
Here’s what I want you guys to do (requesting is far useless), contact me for the above said. Refund all my balance which I have rounded off to be about Rs. 25 or so. Compensate me for the mental and physical stress I’ve been through due to your service.
Moreover I would like to port my number to some other network provider and transfer my remaining account balance. I want details regarding the same.
