Vodafone has a very bad customer service and communication gape in their own team. people in vodafone don't have knowledge about their own products, they dont have system to maintain records of the customer, example is if you will send complaint to all vodafone ID you will get different different reverts.
I am using Vodafone from last 10-11 months.on every month i see unwanted charges in my bill, and i have to waste my time to register a complain to revers the amount also few customer care executive doesn't have quality of listening customer complaint. Vodafone gave me wrong information on call and now they want me to pay 2500 for their mistake.
