I had placed an order 20 working days back for Ayurvedic medicines on Biovea.com. they had taken Rs.200 as shillping charges & promise to deliver the product in 15 working days. I had put several mails to send courier or despatch details but they never send the same & its till date am waiting for my order delivery. My order No is 9416660. I had give my Shipping adress very correctly BU-179 Pitampura Delhi-110088. Now neither am getting refund no my order. There is no contact no where I can contact .Please help.

We calculate working days as Monday-Friday. That would make today the 15th day of transit. The POST has been a little erratic of late by 2-3 days but we are confident it will arrive. Do you still wish a refund or would a replacement be acceptable? Please confirm your address for accuracy if you wish replacement. We await your response.

Dear Sir,
It more than 15 working days & I haven't received my order 9416660. You have charged the shipping charge more than any well known courier charge & am still waiting for delivery. In India either courier or speed post delivery time don't take more than 10 days still I wait for 15 working days.
Now you refund my money back ASAP I will purchase from other brand. If you fail to refund I will file a case in consumer court Delhi on Tuesday positively.
