I SALMAN KHAN PURCHASED A VODAFONE 3G SIM ON 24.02.15 NUMBER IS 8292712013 & IT IS ACTIVATED ,FOR DETAILS VERIFICATION I AM TRYING TO CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING FROM LAST 48 HOURS,WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE YOUR ARE PROVIDING TO THE CUSTOMERS FIRST YOU CHANGED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE,THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THE CUSTOMERS ISSUE IN LAST 48 HOURS I SPOKE TO MANY OF THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE LIKE ,NAGA BABU,HASSAN ,JITENDRA & MANY MORE EXECUTIVE I DIDN'T REMEMBER THEIR NAMES ALSO HOPELESS & CARELESS PEOPLE SIMPLY THEY TRANSFERED MY CALL FROM POSTPAID DEPARTMENT TO PREPAID DEPARTMENT INSTEAD OF SOLVING MY PROBLEM THEY ARE UNFIT FOR THE JOB,& THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO DELITE WITH THEIR SERVICES,BULLSHIT SERVICE YOUR PROVIDING TO THE CUSTOMERS,IF CUSTOMER CARE DEPT IS LIKE THIS CARELESS & HOPELESS IMAGINE HOW THE MANAGEMENT WILL BE, CANT IMAGINE RIDICULES SERVICE PROVIDING TO THE CUSTOMERS.
