Anonymous on "Complaint against MTS Mblaze broadband service"

Hi,

I am using MTS prepaid broadband from last 4 months and every month I recharge it online, yesterday while recharging I saw a scheme which was offering 10GB for 595 Rs and nothing was mentioned that it is a night pack or anything else. I recharged my broadband with that scheme, later when I did not get the connectivity, I called the MTS call center and the customer care executive Manoj informed me that it is a night pack. I requested him to convert it Rs 598 - 1 GB pack which I normally prefer but he said it is not possible now, I asked him to connect me to his supervisor which he did after some time, I spoke with the supervisor Mr. Bhola Dutta and explained him the entire story, he said he will speak with the concerned person as he is getting many such calls and get back to me within 24 hours. Mr. Dutta called me in the afternoon and informed that the client is saying that the customer should first read our tariff plan page and then recharge and nothing can be done now.

My complaint is 1) if the customer has to take all the pains and go to the tariff page first why these shortcut links are there in MTS website?

2) Why it is not highlighted as night pack as it till last month.?
3) Why the home page have this shortcut link? is it for customer convenience or opposite?
