May I draw attention of the concerning authority of harassment for cheating the consumers for billing them for non usage and sending legal notice and tele calling from there office for bills inspite of final settlement paid for there non existent services. May I request you to look into there unethical ways of extracting money by sheer blackmailing and mental harassment
