This is with regards to kotak mahindra collections for credit cards mentally torturing myself and my fellow collegous for getting paymnet collected for myself they are calling myself and my collegous who are not at all involved in the deal i had with kotak and asking them to make the paymnet as i have given them their number which i have not al all as wen the transaction was done i did not even knew them.
Have spoken to the collections team that will make the payment as i am short of funds but they are not ready to at all listen they are rigourously calling myself and my collegous this has become a nuisance and i am mentally tortured for the payment along with my coleagues.
Kindly help for stopping such tortue at the earliest.
