You deducted my balance more than my talktine plan with out intimate me...
I thougt my 1paise/2sec plan is over and I recharged my mobile num again with same plan..then also you deducted more than my talktime plan.
Then I called your customer reprsentative....then he told me that sir today is blockday so don't. Workout any plans....then I asked them why you intimate me before...they replied me in such a manner we had already sent you sms yesterday....and he end the call very recklessly..
What is this..nonsense...
You people send daily 100s of nonsense sms and how can I read those sms....you think I have no other work....or I IMAGINE THAT TOMORROW IS BLOODY VALANTINES DAY AND OUR AIRCEL COMPANY TREATED IT AS BLOCK DAY AND WOULDN'T WORK ANY PLANS...
if you want to intimate me really even before I call to any one your IVR will say that today is aircel blockday and no plans will work...
