My PNR is HD51HH. On this PNR amrit Kaur and infant heer had to return back without boarding the flight as it was delayed for 3 hours 16 mins. We did inform the ground staff and left the airport. We were not informed about any refund policy at the moment but today I got to know that if the flight was delayed for more then 3 hours the complete refund is given. I claim the refund for both the passengers as the flight was delayed for more then 3 hours. And now they tell us because the flight journey is of 18th January 2015 they can't help us with the refund. They should have informed us earlier that we could claim the refund as our flight was delayed.
