Iam Dr Vijaya kumar from KMC,Mangalore taken 6 months subscription from mangalore Hindu office (order No 1127190) on 6th Oct 2013.this is to bring to your notice thet Last month (Jan 2014) i had not delivererd the Subcription copies from 8th to 18th when i called up the local distributor Mathhew 9980771213 on daily basis he said due to some unavoidable circumstances it was happened and he promised it wont repeat again.
Again from 22nd Jan to till date i have not received the subscription copies when i called up matthew he has given irresponsible answers he is not sure who is distributing in that area or not picking up the call.when i called your main office in jeepu Mangalore twice regarding this there is no action till date.
please note i have paid 360 rs and you are not providing it for free.make sure i will take all steps that your office wont repeat this kind of negligence and harrasing any of the customers.
