I am using Reliance Postpaid with RTSIMPLYUNLIMITED599 plan. When I have taken new connection one year ago that time the plan was :
Free Local Talk Time Worth Rs. * Excluding Roaming Unlimited Onnet (Local + STD);
900 Offnet mins. (Local + STD)
Rental 599
Beyond 900 50p/min.
Still the plan was same in website. But from last 3-4 months they charge be beyond 600 mins with 60p/min without any information although I am a postpaid customer. When I ask the customer care they say after 600 minutes over you will get charge for local and national 60p/min. When I asked them why website provide wrong information then they said website is correct.
