Hello My name is Mohit and I regularly buy at snapdeal. I must says that the main reason to buy at snapdeal is aggressive discounts. But that is the only good thing. The quality and service levels have declined a lot on buying from snapdeal and I faced frequent problems now at snapdeal.
1.fake products received.
2.Defective products received.
3.Broken or damaged products received.
4.Wrong product received.
5.Refunds not given when above products returned.
Here are below proofs.
1.I returned three nike backpacks against order number 2874803832 in september 2014. I have followed up on regular basis for refund and till date only one refund against single back pack is given. They gave me three faulty nike backpacks which I returned all three . As per their complaint number 15539070 they initiated refund on 6th february. Imagine an item returned in october 2014 , the refund is still not given.
2. order number 4634909156 -refund not given Ben10 AU Scooter .this time a fake ben ten scooter was given which i returned and snapdeal informed me that a refund has been processed in my ICICI Account on 5th feb. But this has not happened despite many follow ups.
3.order 4592113687 , complaint number 15534732, again a fake chotta bheem scooty was returned and refund processed on 5th february and despite follow ups no refund given. only fall assurance. I even shared my bank statement with snapdeal. they will not tell you which account they have processed refund. In reality no refund given yet.
4.complaint number 16013096, again a fake low priced product given for mitashi hello teacher. item returned , refund not given , even though processed.
5.complaint 15534732 -refund not given -Excel Innovators Spiderman Theme 2 Wheeler Scooter. Again they say that refund processed but no refund received . Refund was processed on 5th february and today is 16th february. no refund given yet.
Snap deal is a company of cheaters and fake sellers. to share a statistic out of my 10 products bought in last 30 days , five are returned for fake or incorrect or broken items given. Till date no refund has come back. And my money about rs 15000 is stuck with them.
I am going to take this at many forums and possibly to consumer court to get redressal and help new buyers in not getting duped by snapdeal.
