Anonymous on "Reliance GSM prepaid unnecessary deduction of balance"

This is inform you that i faced a balance deduction problem again so i would request you to resolve my problem and refund it as soon as possible.I had my Internet Pack Activated so it is also not possible that is was deducted from net services.No message for deduction Displayed.Amount deduction was Rs 129 on 10/2/15.
