Anonymous on "reliance broadband unresolved issue"

My reliance broadband connection is not working since 27 December .I have already complaints to customer care on 3 January .Since then despite of my multiple calls to the appellate authority and visits to head office in Jaipur my connect is not resumed .On each visit I have to explain my problem to a new person and get petty excuses and false assurance . whenever I called the appellate authority I only get 2 - 3 days waiting time with excuses of technical problems .I have already paid my January bill and don't see any reason of delay in resolution. Now I am mentally tired and feeling cheated . How can I make complaint against reliance communications for mentally torturing me and cheating .
