Anonymous on "Worst Post Sale Services : Motorola"

I submitted my phone [Moto X (2nd Gen)] on 10th Jan'15 to your authorised centre for screen repair and was believed to get it back by 25th of Jan as said by service centre people.
Just to make sure of the delivery I called service centre on 22nd of Jan and they said that the part is not yet received, then I called Motorola customer care and they said it will take 1 more week to get done.
Next I made a call on 30th Jan (and my phone was still not repaired) to Motorola customer support, they said they will escalate the matter and I will get a call back from there senior and after all the process i was assured that I will get my phone back on 2nd Feb, if not than on 3rd Feb for sure.
I called service centre on 2nd feb and got the same reply that they didn't get the repair part yet. Then I called Motorola customer support and again was asked to wait for their senior call which I never received.

On every call I requested them to hurry up the process as I am leaving the state permanently on 7th of Feb and still nothing was done in this regard.
After that I called Motorola Support twice and received call from Motorola Customer care yesterday (i.e. on 11th of Feb'15) and on 9th of Feb'15. Both the times after telling the whole case again, I got the revert that my case will be escalated.
As already mentioned that am leaving the city soon and after lots of escalation done by you guys, there is no outcome.

After so Many post dates I didn't get my phone repaired. My time and money all gone to waste.
