Anonymous on "complaint against reliance telecommunications"

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had a balance of Rs. 162 in my account along with promo balance ( which I had got after getting an data recharge of Rs. 250). I made a local call which lasted for hardly a minute and the call got disconnected. When I tried calling again they said my balance was not sufficient to make a call. Where did all the money go ??? When I checked my balance it said I had Rs. 9. First of all how can a local call of hardly a minute lead to a deduction of Rs 153? Second, if I had Rs 9 in my account , why couldn't I make a call ? This happened on August15, 2014. Since then I have been calling them every day , and the response they give is - your details can not be opened right now, please call again later. This is totally irresponsible and fraudulent behaviour on their part. First they steal my money and then they can't give me an explanation for it or rectify their mistake. They should be fined for such kind of business policies.
