8. Write your feedback here : I bought a Go-Air ticket from website Easemytrip.com for Mumbai to Bangalore to travel on 23 Jan?15 by flt no.G8-323 dep@ 1550 hrs tkt PNR no. G8-NZAJ46. I had travelled from Ahemdabad to Mumbai sector by Vistara flight no. UK-370 same day ,which landed at Mumbai at 1420 hrs at international terminal.
At 1430 hrs ,I took my baggage from the intl. terminal belt and boarded the airport bus to be transferred to domestic airport (terminal 1A)to catch my Go-air flight. The bus departed at 1445 hrs and reached domestic terminal at 1505 hrs . I rushed to Go-air counter at 1510 hrs i.e 40 min prior to departure , but Ms. Belliana who was the duty officer at Go-Air counter , refused to issue boarding pass, stating that the counter is closed for Blr dep. I was shocked that even reaching 40 mins. prior to dep, i am declined to board the flight, where in I only had check-in baggage.
I was astonished, since other airlines Indigo/Jet accommodate in such situations. Being in today?s competitive service industry, I failed to understand reason of caring damn for your customers .
I advised her to put me on next flight ,since I am regular flyer with Go-air ,which was on 2030 hrs G8-396 for same sector. Ms.Belliana , in her callous attitude ,took own sweet time of 30 mins to check the same and replied after 30 mins that this flight is now Full, and no seats are available.
Since, she took so long time to check the availability,4 more persons in the counter standing next to mine, who came much after me, were issued boarding passes for 2030 flight. hence, I was left stranded at Mumbai airport with no ticket in hand.
All these process took around 1 hour and I could not even get the my original ticket formally cancelled with my agent also, hence was no show given and all my tkt money Rs. 4399/-went down the drain.
She signed me out from the terminal after signing at security register at gate.
After being harassed because of such careless attitude, sitting at airport I checked Yatra.com website , as it was imminent for me to reach Bangalore on 23rd because of domestic commitment, I was surprised to see that tickets were available for G8-396 (Mum-Blr).I booked ticket online ,PNR no. XCRQL9 by paying 15377/-.
All above facts regarding timings can be rechecked since all are documented & recorded i.e.
1. Dep & arrival timings of domestic transfer bus,
2. Time at which , Ms.Belliana signed me out of airport is recorded at security register ,
3. Since I am travelling by flight G8-396 to banglore same day,is itself proof that she had never checked on the front while replying to me.
I take strong objection to this behaviour of your Duty officer Ms.Belliana, whose callous & careless attitude has costed me 15377/- apart from the all the mental torture which I had to face while checking at all airlines counter at Mumbai airport for any ticket to Bangalore.
Hence, would request to kindly reimburse my Rs.15377/- by crediting my agent Yatra .com which I had to incur because of careless behaviour of your staff(duty officer) at Mumbai airport.
Hoping to get a fruitful reply on this, and wishing that I might not have to approach consumer court/media to help me out in this subject.
