I'm senior citizen. Age 60.want to tell that.I booked a company name aggarwal cargo movers and packers for house hold items from delhi to ooty.three persons came to my home and took away all the items like refrigerator, tv,Bike,2trunks,3bags,table,44cartoon box that's all.we fixed in 11500 Now as we reached to ooty he called ous and said that the price will be 36000.we asked him how can that be as we fixed in 11500.he said we have to pay toll tax and service tax and insurance and also he took my Car bass tube with him without mentioning in the bill.he also said if we don't pay the bill amount full he will not send the items and say that it will be stolen by my workers.he was abusing, harassing and cheating ous plz make necessary steps to solve my problem.
