We have ordered for Bajaj Gas stove through rediff shopping on 05th Jan 2015. On 13th Jan 2015, we have called up the dealer for the delivery of the product. The dealer has not responded properly over phone. Either he will disconnect or he will give excuse. After that on 15th Jan 2015, he has the regret mail for the delay. After 2 days, we again contacted the dealer. He has not responded properly and finally we have sent an email to them on 21st Jan 2015 stating if the product for delivery is not in hand, why they are displaying it online for the order placement by the customer. After 2 to 3 days, we have called up the customer care for the cancellation of the order. They said that they have taken the request (via ticket #106245587296). They said we will received confirmation mail for cancellation by 24 hrs time and the money will be refunded within a week. But on 27th Jan 2015 to our surprise, we have not received the mail for cancellation instead they will arrange for the delivery of the product. We were highly irritated, and again called up the customer care on 28th Jan 2015. They have regretted for the inconvenience cause and they have took fresh cancellation request. Again they have promised that we will receive a mail for the confirmation for the cancellation. But till 30th Jan 2015 12.00 O'clock, we have not received any mail from their end.
We have paid Rs.4,681.00 for the order. Please help us to get back the money with compensation for the frustation we have undergone till date.
