Hi , my number is 8652797037. I had 120 rs balance in my account 3 days ago, and all my balance in three days went to zero. I dint make any calls in three days and tried to make a call today and i came to know i have zero balance. I am tired calling the reliance customer care about it. All they have to say is that there server is down and there server is down whenever i call to get information. I am getting a feeling that reliance has started cheating customers, why would reliance do something like this otherwise. and this is not the first time i lost my balance but the first time for me to lodge a complaint.
Any body can help with this issue would be a great help.
