I had purchased a Nokia C3 (IMEI No: 355356044798541) (INVOICE No : UTG/NOK/3596/2010-11, TIN : 07530279298) phone from Nokia Priority dealer (UTG Computers Pvt limited 279, Rajdhani Enclave, mahindra Park chowk Pitam Pura, New Delhi) on 05th March'2011. The dealer told me about the offer of free 6 months airtel internet subscription with this phone as an attractive scheme. But it has not yet started on my phone. At the time of purchase it was written on the pack that the last date is 28th Feb. And when i asked the dealer about it, he misguided me by saying that the last date of offer has been extended. I called to the airtel customer care many a times but they were unable to resolve my problem as they told me that the last date of offer was 28th Feb'2011.I contact the dealer again but this time he misbehaved and told me that its not his responsibilty after the purchase. I have been decieved by the dealer . So i request you to please take serious action on this matter in order to prevent innocent customers from being befooled by these decievers.
