Anonymous on "COMPLAIN AGAINST RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING UNNECESSARY DEDUCTIONS"

Respected Sir,
With due respect i want you to inform that, on 22 January 2014 an amount of rupees 156 was deducted from my reliance mobile account at around 5 pm . Then i recieved a message from company informing that a GPRS pack of rupees 156 was activated on my mobile but i had not activated any such service on my mobile . I had been complaining since last night to reliance customer care office that i had not activated the service but the employees said, "Company called to offer the GPRS plans and you activated them through the press and activate system" . I told the operators that i had not recieved any such call but the employees response was extremely poor. The operators kept disconnecting the calls again and again and keeping it on hold.
I will be thankful to you, if my balance will be refunded. Kindly sir take some action regarding my complaint.
