Dear Sir,
This incident is a pathetic accident and caused mental trauma for me. My wife is travelling today(28-Jan-2015) from India to US. To remain connected during journey she visited Vodafone store 2-3 time during last 2 weeks. Service representative told that Vodafone prepaid card will work in International Roaming and will get Activated in 2 Hours.
After buying Vodafone prepaid care 4 days ahead of departure it wasn't activated till date. When my wife personally visit again at Vodafone store in Greater Noida than after this prepaid number (7838023721) got activated in evening of 28 Jan 2015. But even after that i am not able to recharge this number with any amount. Whatever recharge options Vodafone site is showing online, none of them is working for prepaid recharge. I have tried denominations of Rs 50, 60, 250, 350, 1000 but none of them was working and i have evidence with me. In such situation Prepaid sim card is of no use to me and creates anxiety for me that how i will be in touch of my spouse and 4 year old baby in case they want to contact me. I trusted this carrier and wasted my money on their product.
Please take suitable necessary action on the same.
