Reference: Customer Satisfaction

Dear Customer Service Representative:

Dear Sir/Madam, please allow me to introduce myself to you, my name is Ms. Ashiya M Allabux and I am sending you this correspondence, because recently, I visited your establishment and paid for 6 of your services; a 4-Q-Switched Laser Session and 3 Peel; and for these services I was charged 28,300 Rupees.

I was told that this would help my skin and give it a better glow, but unfortunately it never did and not only that, but it actually caused my skin to become darker nd my face is full of boils. I am not sure what happened, but it was a most upsetting experience to me.

I know that 28,300 Rupees may not seem like a tremendous amount of money to your establishment, but for me, it is very hard earned money, which now I feel I have wasted on services, that not only did not live up to the promises that were made, but actually caused me to have to spend additional monies to correct what the services caused to me.

If i call kaya there is no one who answer the call i have caled on 3 landline number and one Mobile number. I never knew that Kaya service is so bad as well as the treatment
