I bought MTS mblaze about a month ago , from the beginning I'm facing issues because of its poor service ,I raised many complaints but the poor MTS has only lazy employees who don't even look at the complaints but close it as its been taken care .
My issues are poor speed and a worst customer care MTS promised me 9.8 Mbps , I did not expect that speed at least a 1mbps speed was my expectation but the damn MTS speed was not even crossing 50kbps, such a immature product ever introduced in market I believe ..
My complaint number on speed issue is 5919 and it wasn't solved but I received a message stating they solved the issue .. Never expected such a poor people working there
After all calling with MTS data customer care I figured out they are such a worst providers and I have never received a proper response from the customer care not even a single time , if they don't know the answer they will place my call on hold and never come back to me , so I decided to cancel the service and called the customer care regarding the procedure , the representative told me to pay rs 850 something so that she can raise a request to cancel the service , please find the case number for cancellation of service 4536979 , I clarified many times on the exit procedure but what happened was my connection is not deactivated so I called the customer care again , I received such a poor response once again , the representative says the connection is not deactivated because I asked them not to deactivate it such a lie , I have never received a call if they have I need a proof ?? And more over now the person asking me to pay 500 to deactivate it .
I explained all that happened to me , I either need a good speed to continue with MTS or else deactivate it right ahead also need clarification on why its not deactivated on the said day ,, definitely I'll not be paying the bill since its the mistake from MTS end , also if I did not get proper response , I will raise a case in TRAI and go legally so make sure I'm getting proper response, I am documenting this email too for my future purpose , provide me the best speed or cancel the service .that's all .please do not call me as I'm busy with my work , email me I will respond ASAP. Thanks .
I want you to remember the great saying "customer is god "one cannot survive by cheating their customers .
