Dear Sir, I booked a flight ticket for my daughter Ms Aiman Ali Rather from Chandigarh to Srinagar for 15th January 2015 vide PNR: KNVIOT1 flight No 6E - 477 . but the same was cancelled and i was informed through sms and telephone call.Then I re-booked the ticket for 17the jan 2015 with ticket No KPAFQF flight 6E - 477 PNR K6GD6M.When on the due date at 12.40 my daughter went to board he flight to the counter for boarding card. she was told that the flight has been cancelled.She had come from with great difficulty travelling long distance all alone to the air port. further No cancellation information was give like the previous day. She was put to a great agony. a little girl all alone had to suffer harshely due to the Indigo air lines' attitude . Is it mockery to book a ticket from Indigo and then not to run the flight. Havent you any welfare moto? why do you people have become inhuman. How will you compensate for the sufferings to people due to your selfish decisions. Should we claim a crore rupee form your co, and ask govt to ban your flight activities.What is answer to you. how long will you go on doing like this and cheating people?
