Hi, I am using mobile number 7276515050 of post paid sim.I got call from Tata docomo customer care about data plan of Rs.125 for 1GB data of 3G.After activatation this plan I got message from tata docmo that you have bill of Rs.1000 next day Rs.2000, day after tomarrow .Rs.3000 .. After 10 days I got mesage about bill Rs.8000. I called customer care and clarify that I am using this net for gmail in mobile with limited usage, why I get such huge bill.But Customer Executives doesent know reason.she told me to wait till month end bill.So I told her that please deactivate my plan for this monthend and I will stop using internet Because at end of month I have possiblity of huge bill. After End of month I got bill of Rs.4832 .with discount Rs.4000.I raised complaint many times to customer executives and each time they are saying that they will minimize Rs .500 only. Please suggest I am very disapponted using Tata docomo card..
